Grading & Progression
Students are assessed based on:

Grading opportunities occur approximately every 4 months for dedicated students. Progress depends on individual commitment, natural ability, and training frequency.
Beginner Level (White to Yellow Belt)
- Fundamental Stances & Footwork
- Basic grips and weapon handling
- 12 Angles of Attack
- Single stick striking patterns
- Basic blocking and defensive positions
- Introduction to range and distance
- Safety protocols and training etiquette
Intermediate Level (Orange to Green Belt)
